KARDESH · WAYS TO CONTRIBUTE
Bring what you know and care about into work we can carry together.
You might bring professional experience, a concern from everyday life, a source in your mother tongue, a link to another language, design or technology skills, institutional support or time for the next generation. KARDESH helps each contribution find the right place and a responsibility people can genuinely carry.
Experience · Language · Profession · Craft · Guidance
What does contribution mean?
Contribution is more than sharing what you know; it means helping others carry the source, limits and consequences of what you offer.
A master may bring cases and methods. Someone else may find a missing source in their mother tongue. A young person may ask the question that changes the work. A Builder may turn a well-understood need into a clear tool. A household or institution may explain the conditions of real use. These contributions are different, and each remains open about its source, competence, limits and continuing responsibility.
A contribution becomes valuable when it remains honest, correctable and useful to others.
From a crowded feed to shared responsibility
A space where everyone uploads something may be busy. KARDESH makes contribution meaningful by keeping people, sources, competence and continuing care connected.
Unstructured contribution
Information can lose its context
- Treats opinion and experience as if they were the same
- Turns contribution into visibility and points
- Publishes an output and leaves it without care
- Treats children or communities as test material
KARDESH contribution
Carries knowledge with people and responsibility
- Distinguishes source, experience, interpretation and what remains unknown
- Explains competence and limits together
- Keeps ways to object, correct, withdraw and maintain open
- Treats the next generation as people in our care, never as cheap labour
What could you bring?
Contribution is not limited to code, money or a full-time role. Different kinds of experience and care can serve a shared concern.
A concern you live with and field experience
Explain what a need looks like in everyday life, what people at a distance may miss and what harm a poorly chosen solution could cause.
Professional knowledge and lived mastery
Bring cases, methods, sources, limits of judgement, professional EDEB and experience of guiding the next generation into a Profession Circle.
A mother-tongue source or a bridge to another language
Carry concepts and sources in your own language; visit a circle in another language and help people notice differences in wording, experience and meaning.
Builder and tool skills
Use research, design, data, models, software, games or media to make a well-understood need easier to learn from or act upon.
Care for the next generation
With suitable preparation and safe, household-visible conditions, accompany a young Builder through questions, observation and age-appropriate responsibilities.
Institutional, field or WAQF support
Open a real need, suitable field setting, expert time, maintenance capacity, resources or a responsible path for sharing a suitable output for wider benefit.
Before choosing a contribution
Begin with the responsibility you can truly carry, not only with what you would like to offer.
What have you experienced or learned to do well? Can you distinguish personal experience, professional judgement, technical skill and personal conviction? Which people and concerns do you want to serve? Can you name a real need and the people involved instead of seeking general visibility? Which language is home, and where can you be a guest? Can you deepen knowledge in your mother tongue while learning from another language and geography? How much time and continuity can you offer? Is your contribution a single idea, a short piece of work, regular Circle care or guidance for young people? Which limits and objections will you respect? Will you keep another profession’s judgement in its place, show sources, correct mistakes and stop when the work requires it? Who could carry the contribution after you?Can the resulting text, tool or record be maintained, updated, withdrawn and passed to a next carrier?
From interest to shared responsibility
Begin small and in the right place. Take on more only as trust, competence and mutual understanding grow.
This is not an automatic membership or assignment path. Private data, institutional material or direct work with children cannot begin until the need, the people involved and the appropriate safeguarding conditions are clear.
Contribution as a MİLLET bond
KARDESH contribution does more than produce a shared file; it builds trustworthy neighbours across languages, professions, places and generations.
A participant takes root in their mother tongue and profession, visits a circle in another language, carries a common concern with other professions through a Mission and opens a suitable learning space for the next generation. Translation technology can lower the first language barrier, but it cannot take over responsibility for meaning, judgement or representation.
Take root in one language, become a neighbour in another, and open your mastery to a shared concern and the next generation.
Responsibility across generations
Every professional can care about the next generation, but professional expertise alone does not qualify someone to work directly with children.
Open a real concern and a useful source
Offer young Builders a real, age-appropriate question, source or story from working life. Give them room to think before handing them a ready answer.
Encourage and review what they make
Help improve a game, video, piece of code or research through feedback on sources, method, human impact and the EDEB of representation.
Prepare specifically for direct guidance
Regular work with children and young people requires pedagogical preparation, household visibility, supervised communication and Child SEDD. A job title is not enough.
Responsibilities in preparation
No one has been appointed to these roles. The records describe what each responsibility would need to carry—and where it must stop.
These drafts keep professional mastery, Circle coordination, source and data work, tool-building, SEDD, İHSAN review and institutional contribution distinct. A “formation” label is not a vacancy, appointment, membership, accreditation or active application.
8 role descriptions
Circle Steward
Define the working scope, keep the schedule, coordinate contribution records and prepare outputs for the relevant review gates.
- Cannot decide acceptance, SEDD review or a Profession Board outcome alone and cannot take over a contributor’s responsibility.
- The pilot Profession Circles remain in preparation and are not active until a steward is appointed.
Institutional Representative
Define the institutional need, authorised data and process context, field testing, staff learning and human responsibility for implementation outcomes.
- Cannot take shared professional foundations into private ownership or bypass access, licensing, SEDD or Profession Board gates for commercial reasons.
- No institutional pilot contract has yet been announced; the portal currently presents only the service and responsibility framework.
İHSAN Review Circle
Review an output for accuracy, simplicity, clarity, usefulness, representation, usability and accessibility.
- Cannot replace professional competence, Profession Board acceptance or a SEDD risk decision, and cannot turn aesthetic preference into a measure of truth.
- No İHSAN Review Circle has yet been appointed and published a decision for the pilot outputs.
Model and Agent Engineer
Develop source-aware, bounded, human-approved and reversible model, agent, workflow and integration components.
- Is not the profession holder, source-acceptance authority or final decision-maker and cannot bypass SEDD refusals or human-approval gates.
- The portal does not announce a working product, agent or appointed engineer; this is a preparation record for a possible responsibility.
Ontology and Data Specialist
Organise concept and relationship schemas, data dictionaries, quality criteria, provenance, access and the data lifecycle.
- Cannot decide the profession’s nature, religious or pedagogical judgement or publication outcome alone, and cannot present a data schema as the truth itself.
- Pilot assets remain content drafts; no technical steward or field acceptance has yet been appointed.
Profession Board
Review the profession’s direction, source acceptance, priorities, stages of competence and gates for accepting outputs through a plurality of qualified voices.
- It is not a general fatwa authority, cannot rule outside its field and does not replace SEDD, İHSAN or fiqh and usul counsel.
- Formation criteria are being prepared for the two pilot professions; no public member list or acceptance authority has yet been announced.
Profession Master
Carry the profession’s nature, real cases, working methods, standards of representation and the path from apprentice to Kalfa and Usta.
- Cannot determine model or data architecture alone and does not replace a Profession Board, SEDD review or other relevant specialist review.
- No Profession Master has yet been publicly appointed for the founding pilots.
SEDD Steward
Watch the risk profile, privacy and harm controls, human approval, incident records, rollback and escalation paths.
- Cannot decide every question of benefit, accuracy or aesthetics alone and does not replace professional competence or an İHSAN review.
- No public SEDD Steward has been appointed to the pilots. Existing records show portal-content review, not acceptance of a field product.
What happens after you share an interest?
An expression of interest is not an application, membership or acceptance into a role. It begins a careful mutual introduction.
01 Share only what is necessary
Send your profession, language, concern, possible contribution and the minimum details needed to reply. Do not send private, child or confidential institutional data.
02 Find the most suitable starting place together
An interest may fit a general Circle, Profession Circle, Mission, Builder path, source contribution or a future responsibility.
03 Discuss competence and limits before regular work
If an ongoing responsibility becomes relevant, experience, sources, conflicts of interest, access, safeguarding and accountability must also be considered.
04 A delayed or unsuitable interest should also receive a clear answer
If no safe, suitable or necessary place exists, a role will not be opened. Where possible, another learning, source or participation path can be suggested.
Interest and personal data
We do not collect detailed identity, credential or institutional data before an application system exists.
There is currently no active membership or role application form on the portal. If one opens later, it must first explain what information is needed, why it is needed, who can see it, how long it is kept and how it can be corrected or withdrawn. Public role descriptions and private personal records will remain separate.
Preparation and expressions of interest
Which profession, language, concern, source, skill or guidance responsibility would you like to bring into shared work?
KARDESH membership, roles and application infrastructure are still being prepared. For now, you may send a brief introduction and expression of interest. This is not a promise of employment, an open role, membership, appointment, committee place, professional accreditation, permission to work with children or acceptance of a product for publication.
