KARDESH · Profession Atlas
A profession is more than a way to earn a living; it is a promise of service to people and life.
The Profession Atlas asks who a vocation serves before asking what it produces. It explores the trust it carries, how its knowledge is learned, how it becomes a neighbour to other vocations and languages, and how its living experience reaches the next generation.
Purpose · Service · Mastery · MİLLET
What is a profession?
A profession is the responsibility of bringing people, knowledge, work, tools and the consequences of service into their proper relationship.
Teaching is more than delivering lessons; media is more than publishing content. Every vocation serves people, protects rights, accumulates living knowledge, forms a new generation and shares concerns with other fields. KARDESH does not reduce vocation to a title or industry. It also asks about the EDEB, limits, competence and accountability of the people doing the work.
The value of a vocation appears not only in what it produces, but in whom and what it serves and how it carries that trust.
From a list of jobs to a living vocation
A job description may say what someone does. A living vocation also asks why, for whom and with what consequences.
Only job and industry language
It can reduce a person to a role description
- Defines vocation through title, skill and income alone
- Reduces knowledge to documents or a pile of data
- Mistakes technological speed for competence
- Treats the next generation only as a future workforce
KARDESH Profession Atlas
Reads work together with trust and service
- Asks about purpose, the people served and social consequences
- Keeps sources, lived experience and different interpretations visible
- Keeps tools in a supporting role under human judgement
- Connects mastery to formation and accountability
What does a profession record explore?
Rather than offering ready-made answers, the atlas opens six doors for reading a vocation as a whole.
Purpose and service
Which human need does this vocation serve, whom does it protect and towards what HAYR in society is it directed?
Trust, ADAB and EDEB
Which judgement cannot be delegated, and which limits must be carried in relation to human rights, privacy, sources and harm?
Sources and living knowledge
How can books, archives, field experience, mother-tongue concepts, different interpretations and peer objections be kept together?
Mastery and the next generation
Through which real responsibilities do Yamak, Çırak, Kalfa and Usta grow, and how is knowledge passed safely to those who follow?
Shared concerns and neighbourliness
Which other disciplines, languages, geographies and Missions does this vocation need, and where must it recognise its own limits?
Tools, representation and SEDD
What can data, models, software and media tools support? Which decisions can they not take over, and how are error, objection, withdrawal and maintenance made visible?
How does a profession record come alive?
An atlas cannot establish a vocation by itself. A record becomes a living trust when people, circles, mastery and real concerns meet.
These movements are not a compulsory production line. New objections, risk of harm or field knowledge may return the record to listening and correction.
From vocation to the bonds of MİLLET
A vocation takes root in its own language and helps build shared life when it opens to other languages, vocations and generations.
Depth in the mother tongue
Keeps the vocation's concepts, memory, local experience and relationship with society alive without surrendering all knowledge to one global language.
Hospitality in another language
Visits a Profession Circle in another language and geography, receiving difference as neighbourly correction rather than content to consume.
Thinking across vocations in a Mission
Keeps depth in one vocation while learning the knowledge and limits of other fields around a concern of MİLLET or the Ummah.
Taking responsibility for the next generation
Masters and Kalfas do not keep knowledge to themselves. They open age-appropriate, safe places for children and young people to observe, receive guidance and contribute.
Where does BAI meet vocation?
Technology does not define the centre of a vocation. It supports the practitioner's responsibility for knowledge, production and service.
A dataset is not the whole experience of a vocation. A model does not carry professional judgement; an agent is not a master; automation is not a person who can answer for the result. BA Intelligence makes non-delegable human decision and EDEB visible. BA Internet makes sources, data, models, tools, access and SEDD visible. The distinction prevents human responsibility from being confused with the capability of a tool.
A tool can support a vocation; it cannot rule over its purpose, people or consequences.
How can two vocations be read?
The preparation records begin with questions of people and service, not only with technical assets.
Teaching and Education
How can a learner be accompanied without becoming an object of measurement? Teacher judgement, the household, child privacy, sources, learning tools and responsibility for the next generation are considered together.
Media and TEMSİL
How should a statement, image or synthetic publication carry its source, consent, editing and public consequences? Human rights and responsibility for representation come before visibility.
Foundational preparation records
Two profession records in Teaching and Media are being prepared through source and field contributions.
The cards show the vocation's purpose, trust and current state of preparation. `Sourcing` does not announce an active guild, open programme, appointed board, granted competence or authority to speak for the vocation as a whole.
2 profession records
Media and TEMSİL
Media and TEMSİL places source, consent, privacy, editorial judgement and public consequence at the centre of media production.
- How can a media workflow make source, consent, synthetic production and accountable publication visible before release?
- A small set of fictional media scenarios and an open rule trial for examining source, consent, synthetic marking, human judgement and withdrawal.
Teaching and Education
Teaching and Education places human formation, the teacher’s responsibility, the household and child safety before the mere transfer of information.
- How can a learning tool make source, child safety and human judgement visible without pretending to replace the teacher?
- A small set of fictional education scenarios and an open rule trial for examining source, consent, human responsibility and withdrawal.
Why is preparation status visible?
Publishing a record does not mean that a living vocational structure has been completed.
An initial account of purpose and some records may exist. The field is not presented as an active guild or completed vocational structure until practitioners, lived work, a Profession Circle, formation, SEDD, objection and continuing care are in place.

The limit of the atlas
The Profession Atlas grants no one professional competence and declares no record the final judgement of a vocation.
The records are human representations prepared within the direction of RUYAH and remain open to error and correction. Professional competence grows through real learning, practice, accompaniment, peer examination and applicable legal and institutional conditions. Mastery in one field does not replace another vocation, fiqh, law or the interpretation of revelation. The atlas makes these differences visible rather than hiding them.
Preparation and interest
Which vocation, source, language, field experience or shared concern would you like to help bring into the atlas?
The Profession Atlas and its related guilds and circles are still being prepared. For now, you can share your vocation, languages, field experience, sources or a possible contribution to guiding the next generation. This is not an announcement of an active guild, membership, appointment, professional competence, training acceptance or publication approval.
