BAI Builders · Turn your technical skill into useful work
Choose a real need, join a production team, and build something people can use.
Contribute through research, content, design, code, data, models, games, or professional knowledge. Listen to the need with your team, test a small solution, build a working release, and care for it after launch.
Real need · Team · Build · Release · Care

What does a BAI Builder do?
Research the need, build a working solution, and share responsibility for what comes next.
You do not need to know everything on your own. A teacher or professional may explain the need; a researcher may prepare the sources; a designer, developer, data specialist, game maker, or media producer may build the solution. You connect the skill you bring to the team's shared result.
The aim is not simply to show a demo. It is to build something that answers a real need and is not left without care after people begin to use it.
Technical production takes more than developers
Bring what you know, what you can do, or what you want to learn into the work of a real team.
BAI Builders is for adult participants. Not every role requires the same technical level, but the task you take on, the sources you use, and the result you deliver must be clear.
Researcher and source curator
Research the need, find dependable sources, and prepare a clear knowledge base the team can use.
Writer, designer, and media producer
Turn knowledge into text, visuals, sound, video, and interactive stories.
Developer and product maker
Build applications, services, automations, and digital tools that people can use.
Data, model, and agent builder
Develop clearly sourced data work, supporting models, and agents that assist rather than replace human decisions.
Professional and field specialist
Bring the real need, conditions of use, and decisions that must remain with qualified people into the production team.
Safety, testing, and accessibility contributor
Examine sources, privacy, child safety, error behaviour, misuse, and the needs of different people.
People do different work; everyone can carry a contribution
Build different parts of the new internet together.
Choose a route that fits your present skills, learn a new skill within a team, or open your professional experience to digital production.
Knowledge and sources
Research, organise sources, and prepare dependable learning materials.
Content and media
Carry a real issue into writing, visuals, sound, and video for different languages and age groups.
Games and software
Build games, applications, and tools that support learning, service, or another real need.
Data, models, and agents
Develop clearly sourced data work and supporting systems that keep human decisions in view.
Professional and field knowledge
Share the real questions and experience of a field with the technical team so the work stays connected to life.
Testing, safety, and accessibility
Help test sources, language, privacy, errors, misuse, and the needs of different users.
What might this look like in everyday life?
Digital production becomes a real service when people and their needs come before the tool.
These are illustrative examples, not announcements of open programmes or finished products. They show how different skills might meet around a Mission.
A multilingual learning tool for teachers and young people
Teachers carry the purpose and sources; young people contribute to storytelling, design, and testing; the technical team builds an age-appropriate supporting tool.
A source-aware assistant for a profession
Experienced professionals explain the decision boundaries; BAI Builders develop a digital tool that shows its sources and uncertainty.
A privacy and attention guide for families
Families' lived experience is heard, and clear, practical tools are prepared without collecting children's data.
A game or media story created by young people
Young people from different languages work with writers, artists, and technical makers to create a sourced representation with clear permissions.
A product is the shared work of different people
A real need brings professional knowledge, technical production, testing, and care into the same team.
One person may carry more than one responsibility, but who does what and who owns each decision remains clear.
The person or organisation carrying the need
Keep the need, the people affected, and the intended result clear for the whole team.
Professional or field specialist
Bring real-life conditions, professional knowledge, and decisions that must remain human into the work.
Production team
Develop the research, design, code, data, models, games, or media together.
Testing and safety contributors
Test usability, accessibility, privacy, errors, and possible misuse.
Release and care lead
Keep the version, feedback route, corrections, support, and handover visible.
From a real need to a working product
Tools change; listening to the need, testing small, keeping human judgement, and caring for the result remain.
Not every project follows exactly the same sequence. These responsibilities, however, do not disappear at any point in the product journey.
01 Listen to the need and the people affected
Before choosing a tool, understand who may be affected, what the real need is, and which decisions must remain with people.
02 Make sources, data, and permission clear
Explain where the knowledge comes from, whom the data represents, and what will not be collected.
03 Learn the tool and test it on a small scale
Try the model, agent, code, or media tool in a reversible example before committing to a larger build.
04 Build a working release with the team
Bring different skills together through clear tasks and develop an understandable release for real use.
05 Test with people and make corrections
Examine usefulness, error, privacy, accessibility, and misuse with the people the work is meant to serve.
06 Release it and establish care and handover
Explain the version, limits of use, error reporting, withdrawal, and transfer of responsibility to new maintainers.
As risk grows, safety conditions become more explicit
Work involving children, personal data, privacy, finance, public release, or machine authority requires closer testing.
The aim is not to trap all production in a constant language of permission. It is to protect people, data, and the route back when there is a real possibility of harm.
Human decision
Who accepts or rejects the result? Can a person stop the system and return to a manual route?
Data and privacy
Which data is genuinely necessary, and are permission, access, retention, and deletion clear?
Error and misuse
How will harm be limited if the tool is wrong or used for a purpose it was not designed for?
Stopping and care
Can a problematic release be withdrawn, can errors be reported, and can the responsible maintainer be reached?
A real need requires real professional knowledge
A BAI Builder does not claim to be an expert in every field.
When developing a tool for education, health, law, agriculture, or media, BAI Builders work with experienced people from that profession. KARDESH brings this competence, experience, and learning across generations into the production team.
Experienced professional
Bring the need, the people affected, field conditions, and decisions that the tool must not take over into the team.
Technical builder
Turn professional knowledge into clearly sourced data, a supporting tool, software, or a safer workflow.
The people who will use it
Test whether the product is understandable, usable, and genuinely helpful in their own lives.

Building the new internet as MİLLET
Create in your own language, build relationships across languages, and work together on a shared need.
A BAI Builder creates sources and content in their own language, meets a circle working in another language, uses translation technology with human review, and joins the same Mission as experienced professionals and young people. In this way, digital production grows through responsible contributions from many languages and fields, not only through large platforms.
Every language opens a door to knowledge; working together teaches us to build without erasing our differences.
A Builder takes part in construction and renewal across every field; a BAI Builder does this in digital production.
It brings the wider Builder role into digital production through knowledge, content, data, models, agents, software, games, media, and responsibility for how people use the result.
BAI Builder is only the digital production expression of the wider Builder role. The same person may also carry Builder responsibility in work connected to the home, school, profession, Valley, SAFAR, or WAQF.

Builder belongs to every field
BAI Builder is the digital production path of the wider Builder role.
A Builder is not only a person who produces technology. The responsibility to build, renew, and represent is also lived in the home, school, profession, institution, and field.
Across every field
Builder
Put what you know and can do to work for a real need in the home, school, profession, institution, Valley, SAFAR, WAQF, or a digital field.
In digital production
BAI Builder
Build knowledge, content, data, models, games, software, media, and safety tools while keeping human responsibility at the centre.
Expression of interest and contribution
Which digital need would you like to support, and what knowledge or learning intention would you bring?
A regular BAI Builder programme is not currently open. You may share your field of knowledge, tools you already use or want to learn, languages you can contribute in, and the need you care about. This is not a programme application or a promise of acceptance.
