BA Internet Records will not pour knowledge, guides, tools, data, models, games, media and projects into one endless feed. It is being prepared to help people understand what they are looking at and how far they can rely on it. This page does not yet offer a populated catalogue; it shows the clarity each record should carry and how discovery will work.

Why records?
Finding something online has become easier; understanding what it is and who stands behind it has become harder.
Verified knowledge, personal interpretation, machine-generated drafts, old versions, advertisements, experiments and working tools can appear side by side. A BA Internet record does not flatten them into the same content card. It makes the type, source, responsible people, date, limits of use and path for reporting an error visible.
Being findable is not enough. A record explains what we are looking at and who remains accountable for it.
A useful distinction
A feed pulls attention toward what is new; a record provides the context needed to understand and find something again.

What should a record show?
People should see these six things without having to search for them.
What is this, and whom does it serve?State the kind of record, the real need, the people it is for and the uses it is not meant to support. What does it draw on?Make sources, data, quotations, field observations, human work, machine assistance, date and version visible. Who carries responsibility?Name the author, Builder, professional guide, editor, reviewer and maintainer as far as the work requires. What is its current status?Distinguish an idea, a limited trial, active use, a reviewed release and an archived record. Who may use it, and within which limits?Explain age, language, professional competence, licence, permission, privacy, human approval and risks of misuse. How can an error be reported and corrected?Do not leave appeal, new sources, versioning, rollback, removal, archiving and maintenance without an owner.

Concept files, sourced reading, field notes, research and explanations keep interpretation distinct from the source.
Guides and learning paths
Learning materials, practical steps and facilitator resources for children, young people, households, schools or professions.
Tools, software and services
Apps, agents, automations and services for a specific need show access, authority, maintenance and ways to stop them.
Datasets and models
Sources, rights, permission, gaps in representation, errors, human decisions, versions and ways to object remain visible.
Media, games and stories
Text, images, video, audio, games and translation show their sources, rights, audience, fiction and publishing limits.
Missions, projects and shared outcomes
The issue, team, period, trial, working outcome, lessons and responsibility for future care appear together.
Record statuses
The existence of a record does not mean that the work is complete or ready for safe use.
01 In preparation
The need, sources, team or method is being explored. There may be an invitation to contribute, but no promise of a ready product or service.
02 In trial
The work is being tested with a limited group and setting. Results are not generalised; risks, errors and lessons remain visible.
03 In active use
The work serves defined people and a clear purpose within stated limits. Its maintainer, latest review and change history are visible.
04 Reviewed release
The source, representation, SEDD and IHSAN may have been reviewed; the work is still not final truth and remains open to correction.
05 Archived
A record that is no longer recommended, has become outdated or has been replaced is kept with its historical context rather than silently erased.
Access and sharing
Being findable does not mean being open to everyone for every purpose.
Private record
Work involving household, child, personal, team or institutional privacy stays in an authorised space; sensitive detail does not enter the public index.
Limited access
Access may depend on age, membership, training, professional competence, time, human approval or a specific purpose.
Public record
Everyone may see it, while licence, attribution, limits of use, representation boundary and maintenance information continue to apply.
WAQF record
When rights, permission, privacy, quality, shared benefit and maintenance allow, the work may be opened for reuse through clear conditions and amanah.
How will discovery work as the catalogue grows?
Begin with a real need, not a format or popularity ranking.
The planned Index will guide people toward records that fit their need, age, language, profession and responsibility—not simply toward what receives the most clicks.
Records across languages
A record in another language is not created by multiplying the same text through automatic translation.
Each language version shows its native-language contributor, translator or interpreter, date and relevant differences of context. Other language Circles are not passive audiences: they help correct sources, reveal gaps in representation and contribute to shared knowledge. Machine translation can improve access, but it cannot take over final responsibility for meaning and representation.
Take root in one language, become a neighbour in another and correct the shared record together.

What kinds of knowledge and work should BA Internet Records begin with?
The discovery interface and populated catalogue are still being prepared. You can tell us what kind of record you need, the real problem you are trying to address, the language you use and how you might contribute. This is not yet a promise of a ready catalogue or an active application programme.
