Open Rules and Supporting Workflows: what is being prepared today?
Shows supporting workflows for limited tasks, with open rules and final responsibility kept with people.
How should these records be read?
A record is not a working tool; a visible name does not mean open content.
Media tools may support research, editing and distribution, but they do not replace the accountable publisher. Source, consent, edits, synthetic markers and human approval must remain visible.
This page shows what is being considered and which boundaries are being kept in view. Responsibility for use, publication and consequences remains with people.
01
A record or a working tool?
Drafts, preparation records and open trials are shown separately from services used by real people.
02
Is the name open, or the content?
A work’s name and purpose may be visible while private information, institutional data or protected content remains closed.
03
Examined, or accepted by the profession?
A record may have been checked for clarity. That is not a decision to use it in practice or accept it on behalf of a profession.

Which records are actually visible today?
Each card explains the purpose and current status of a knowledge or tool record in preparation. A visible card is not proof of a working product, vocational acceptance or an open service.

Open Rule Trial for Media
Explains which warning open rules produce in fictional media scenarios, what this trial cannot do and why real publication decisions remain with people.
Why is it being prepared?
To make source, consent, synthetic-media disclosure, human judgement and withdrawal visible in fictional media scenarios.
To make source, consent, synthetic-media disclosure and human decision gates visible, explainable and reversible before publication.
What kind of record is this? An open-rule trial that uses no machine-learning model and sends no data
Who carries the decision?
No Profession Board has been appointed today. An authorised human publisher must make any real publication decision.
Final publication, reasons, exceptions and withdrawal remain human decisions.
Roles required for real use: For real use: an authorised publisher, media practitioner and SEDD steward
There is no public objection board today. Real use cannot begin until publication and SEDD stewards have been appointed to hear objections.
What does it show?
- —The order in which stated media SEDD rules are applied to synthetic scenarios.
- —The open reasons leading to allow, human examination or rejection.
What does it not prove?
- —A machine-learning model, independent decision-maker or publishing authority.
- —A product processing real media files, vocational acceptance or a safety certificate.

Public sources for this work
Six synthetic scenarios, the open order of rules, no data transmission and the decision remaining with people.
Sources for direction and decisions
Technical products carry RUYAH and Representation Record fields and remain subject to publication gates.
SIDRA · Where does it stop?
- —The tool cannot make an independent publication judgement or override human approval.
- —It cannot infer beyond the stated rules, profile people or assign intent.
MA · What must not be reduced?
- —A person is not reduced to a profile or risk score.
- —A media case cannot be separated from context, consent, source and the represented person’s rights.
SEDD · How is it protected?
- —No machine-learning model or external service is used.
- —No user data is sent or stored.
- —Every outcome shows the rules that were triggered and the person who remains responsible.
- —The interface states clearly that this is not a real publication decision.
Known limits and uncertainty
The tool evaluates only stated synthetic fields and a fixed order of rules. It cannot encompass context, legal or fiqh disagreement, intent or real-world harm.
- — Uses no model, learning process or free-text evaluation.
- — Processes no real media files or personal data.
- — Does not make publication, legal, fiqh, usul or safety decisions.
When something is wrong, and who may access it
Correction route
There is no public error-reporting form today. The rule and its stated reason are examined in the safe rehearsal area; if an error is confirmed, the correction is disclosed with examples.
Open the safe rehearsal area ↗When is it withdrawn?
Publication is paused if the tool is mistaken for a model, certificate or automated publishing system; if data transmission occurs; or if the reason for a decision becomes unclear.
