A place does not become a programme field simply because its name appears on a list.
The Field Atlas considers places under discussion through their purpose, season, access, permissions, carrying capacity, audience and safety conditions before any of them is presented as a route.
Current status
The Atlas is not a trip calendar, route recommendation or safety approval.
The places below make possible Valley field types and questions visible. There is no announced date, confirmed route, appointed guide or open participation. Current field conditions and official permissions must be verified separately.
Fields under consideration
Possible fields that may be assessed for different ages and purposes
These initial risk notes are not final classifications. They must be reassessed according to season, weather, participants, transport and the proposed activity.
Taraklı and the Karagöl area
May be considered for work on orientation, season, endurance and route reading. Because winter, access and weather conditions can change, it requires assessment by qualified field practitioners.
Göynük / Çubuk Lake
May be considered for nature observation and family or school work. Waterside conditions, age group, crowding and group management must be verified before any programme.
Sünnet Lake
May be considered for work involving season, movement, water and contact with living beings. Cycling, animal contact, water and access risks must be assessed for the actual activity.
Abant
May be considered for nature observation with school or institutional groups. Protected-area rules, carrying capacity, crowding and transport conditions must be confirmed at the relevant time.
Harmankaya Canyon
Mentioned only as a possible technical and high-risk field requiring research into expertise, regulations, equipment, weather and evacuation conditions; it is not presented as a public entry route.
Choosing a field
The question and the people concerned come first; only then is a suitable place sought.
A field is not chosen merely because it is beautiful, nearby or well known. Learning purpose, age group, local rights, access, season, environmental load, health and evacuation possibilities are considered together.
Publication and participation boundary
An unverified field record does not create an invitation to visit or a claim of a safe route.
A confirmed route, date and participation details may be published in a separate programme record only after the relationship with the field owner or competent authority, required permissions, qualified guidance, current risk assessment and emergency arrangements have all been verified.
