How should these records be read?

A record is not a working tool; a visible name does not mean open content.

Shared sources and tools may support teaching, but they must not replace the teacher. Their source, child-safety conditions, changes and human approval must remain visible.

This page shows what is being considered and which boundaries are being kept in view. Responsibility for use, publication and consequences remains with people.

A work’s name and purpose may be visible while private information, institutional data or protected content remains closed.

Examined, or accepted by the profession?

A record may have been checked for clarity. That is not a decision to use it in practice or accept it on behalf of a profession.

Open Rule Trial for Education

Explains which warning open rules produce in fictional education scenarios, what this trial cannot do and why real educational decisions remain with people.

Why is it being prepared?

To make source, consent, the person requiring protection, human judgement and withdrawal visible in fictional education scenarios.

To make the child, source, consent, vulnerability, human judgement and withdrawal gates visible and testable.

What kind of record is this? An open-rule trial that uses no machine-learning model and sends no student data

Who carries the decision?

No Profession Board has been appointed today. An authorised teacher and child SEDD steward must make any real educational decision.

Final educational use, exceptions, child safety and withdrawal remain human decisions.

There is no public objection board today. Real use cannot begin until education and SEDD stewards have been appointed to hear households and objections.

What does it show?

  • —The order in which stated education SEDD rules are applied to six synthetic scenarios.
  • —The open reasons leading to proceed, human examination or rejection.

What does it not prove?

  • —A machine-learning model, teacher, guide, pedagogical judgement or child-safety certificate.
  • —A product processing real student data or an acceptance decision for school use.

SIDRA · Where does it stop?

  • —The tool cannot make pedagogical judgement or override human decisions.
  • —It cannot profile a student, assign intent or diagnose development beyond the stated rules.

MA · What must not be reduced?

  • —A child or learner is not reduced to a data profile.
  • —An education scenario cannot be separated from age, context, household consent and teacher responsibility.

SEDD · How is it protected?

  • —No machine-learning model or external service is used.
  • —No user or student data is sent or stored.
  • —Every outcome shows the rule-based reason and the person who remains responsible.

Known limits and uncertainty

The tool tests only six synthetic scenarios and a fixed order of rules. It cannot encompass a real child, classroom context, pedagogical need or harm.

  • — Does not assess learning, development or behaviour.
  • — Does not make school, legal, fiqh, usul or child-safety decisions.

When something is wrong, and who may access it

Correction route

There is no public error-reporting form today. The rule and its stated reason are examined in the safe rehearsal area; if an error is confirmed, the correction is disclosed with examples.

When is it withdrawn?

Publication is paused if the tool is mistaken for a teacher, guide, model or child-safety system; if data transmission occurs; or if human responsibility becomes unclear.

Who can see what?

A record’s name may be public without making all of its contents public.

These three areas describe the intended access discipline. They do not announce open KARDESH membership or institutional service access today.

Public record

Records whose source, conditions of use and privacy boundary are stated. Opening a work through WAQF requires a separate decision.

Shared working area

Records intended for joint development by practitioners and contributors. This does not yet announce open membership.

Held in institutional trust

Private information belonging to people or institutions is not moved into the public portal; it remains in an authorised and recorded working area.
