The people are not a permanent authority or a closed group. It is established when the issue is clearly defined, calls the necessary credentials and interlocutors, produces a justified audit record, and can be closed when the task is completed.

How to install the ring?
Authority arises not from the title, but from the competence and responsibility regarding the matter.
01 The owner of the matter
Explains the need and expected decision; It carries information to the public without hiding it.
02 People of the field
It reveals the knowledge and limits in the relevant profession, science or technical field.
03 Real interlocutor
It brings to the table the experience and invisible needs of the person who will be affected by the decision.
04 Border and inspection officer
Establishes SEDD, İHSAN or the necessary committee connection; records the justification and correction items.
Trust of the public

The audit record contains sources, participating qualifications, conflicts of interest, interlocutor's opinion, justification for acceptance or correction, and re-evaluation date.
