TRUST AND MALE COUNCIL > DELEGATION
In a new issue, it is not enough to just ask 'is it useful?'
A religious expression, form of financing, foundation decision, family or privacy issue requires competence. The FIQH and USUL Committee weighs together the nature of the issue, its evidence, rights, interests and the limits that should not be exceeded. It does not operate like a public general fatwa service; Oversees the responsibility for SAHN-I BA's own programs and productions.
Why?
Fiqh and Usul Committee
It provides consultancy on issues requiring competence such as fiqh claim, religious expression, finance, partnership, license, foundation, donation, zakat/charity, privacy, children and data. It does not work like a general fatwa service open to the public. The basic question is just 'is it useful?' is not; 'What is its nature, which boundaries does it cross, which trust does it affect?' are the questions.
Advice and decision measure
Maslahat weighs the new issue with awareness of its nature and boundaries.
In RUYAH, maslaha is not a short-term benefit calculation. The issue of new technology, data, capital, education, family, children or publication is first weighed according to its nature with MA, the limit that should not be exceeded with SIDRA, and the application limit that must be protected with SEDD.
Decision questions
The delegation addressed new issues not in the language of abstract benefit; It deals with nature, boundaries, trust and representation responsibility.
MA question
Does this issue put the nature of man, family, body, living being, nature or knowledge in the right place?
SIDRA question
Is there a risk of overstepping in the field of knowledge, reason, technology, representation or intervention?
SEDD question
How will privacy, child, data, model, publication, family or field boundaries be protected?

SIDRA/MA and SEDD should be read together.
Without knowing the essence, the scale of goodness becomes weak; Without knowing the boundary, the application overflows.
