It is not enough to say 'be careful' for child safety, privacy, model output, publication permission or field risk. The ADAB and SEDD Panel determines who will have access, what permission will be obtained, what will not be recorded, in which case the broadcast will stop and who will bear the responsibility.
Why?
ADAB and SEDD Delegation
The panel does not produce an abstract prohibition list. Sees the conveyed trust and the actual conditions of use; It establishes clear responsibilities and safeguards for the safe operation of the program, tool or publication.
Where does it work?
The same protection principle requires a different application in every field.
Children and youth
Household permission, age-appropriate access, adult supervision, private messaging limit, and image and audio consent are determined.
Data, model and tool
Source, authority, privacy, human judgment, error reporting, abuse and withdrawal path are established.
Media and broadcast
Personal consent, copyright, context, impersonation of identity, language of representation and the irreversible effects of public broadcast are weighed.
Field and EXPEDITION
Venue, health, weather, transportation, age, guide, emergency and local permit conditions are determined.
WAQF and common use
Before the work is opened, the rights, permission, usage level, maintenance owner and, if necessary, withdrawal conditions are completed.
When establishing the protection condition
The panel seeks answers to five open questions.
01 What is protected?
Person, child, family, privacy, data, labor, reputation, body, nature or any other trust are clearly named.
02 How can harm occur?
It considers not only normal use but also errors, abuse, over-authorization and unexpected consequences.
03 Who is responsible?
The duty of protection is given to people with certain names and authority, not to an invisible system.
04 Which door will be installed?
Permission, access, surveillance, recording, warning, suspension or withdrawal conditions are written as applicable.
05 How will it be monitored?
Violation and error reporting, re-examination, periodic decision and correction are kept open.
Mission limit
ADAB and SEDD Board do not own every decision.
The committee establishes the conditions of protection; It refers to the FIQH and USUL Committee for fiqh rulings, to the IHSAN Inspection Circle for the quality of representation, and to the Council for critical disputes.
