What is a guild?
The guild makes the profession more than just a job and a title and keeps it alive within the bond of people, literature, knowledge, service and training.
The knowledge of a profession does not live only in documents or in a single institution. It appears in the experience of the master, in the question of the apprentice, in the concepts of the native language, in the issue in the field, in the tool used and in the result of the service. The Professional Guild does not aim to acquire these in a single centre; It is established to bind together in licensure, objection, rectification and entrustment.
The guild does not own the profession; It is the circle of people who carry the legacy of the profession together.
Basic distinction
The guild is neither a closed group nor an open crowd that gives everyone the same authority.

1 · Primary profession circle
You deepen your professional knowledge, concepts, field experience and the needs of your society in your native language.
2 Guest tongue ring
Connects to the same profession in another language and geography as an observer or guest; You listen to different experiences and build bridges over time.
3 Mission ring
Without putting your profession at the center alone, you carry the issue of a NATION or Ummah together with other specializations.
4 Generation ring
You unlock your knowledge and experience with appropriate resources, small tasks, feedback and safe guidance for child or young Builders.
How does the guild live?
The Guild does not only hold meetings; It carries with it the past, current issues and future generations of the profession.
01 Listens to the profession and people
It tries to understand the nature of the profession, the people in the field, the local language, the service area and the changing needs without classifying them from the outside alone.
02 Protects source and living information
It makes books, documents, procedures, crafts, field experiences and oral transmission visible with their source and context; It does not consider a single text as the whole of the profession.
03 Paves the way to mastery
The positions of apprentice, apprentice, journeyman and master are determined not only by seniority or age; It gives meaning to competence, responsibility, application and the ability to train others.
04 Bears a common concern
A real concern of the profession works within the Mission with other professions, languages and fields; He does not turn his own expertise into one-eyed judgment.
05 Develops tools and representation
Produces training, guidance, media, data, software or machine aids under professional responsibility and human judgment; The tool does not replace the profession.
06 She corrects it and opens it to HAYR
Opens its production to peer, field, SEDD and İHSAN inspections; If the rights, permits, benefits and maintenance conditions are appropriate, it is shared through WAQF.

Each position carries not more authority, but clearer responsibility.
Yamak
Observes, asks questions, takes on safe mini-tasks, and learns team LITERATURE. It is the first participation authority for child and young Builders.
Apprentice
He/she learns regularly in a certain profession or production path, takes responsibility for the source and application, and progresses under the supervision of a guide.
Journeyman
She can maintain a job, accompanies beginners, knows her own limits and builds a working bridge between master and apprentice.
Expert
It carries the competence, literature, results and training responsibility of the profession; does not consider its provision exempt from correction and peer review.
Taking care of the new generation
Professional qualification does not give direct guidance authority to the child; The new generation bond also requires a pedagogical license and Children's SEDD.
Each guild member can contribute to the next generation with issue, resource, project review, job shadowing or demo feedback. However, masters, journeymen or guides who will work regularly and directly with children; It is also prepared in terms of age-appropriate communication, household visibility, privacy, supervised contact, recording and event management. Children and young people are not cheap labor, customers or uncontrolled user testing; They are trustworthy people who started out as apprentices and grew up protected.
One of the first conditions of being a NATION is to trust each other's children.
Interlingual neighborhood
The second language is not a barrier to entry; It is the upbringing of being a NATION that develops over time.
A person first establishes roots in his native language. It becomes a guest of a guild in another language with translation support, participates directly over time, and builds a bridge of resources, issues and experience between the two rings.

The three guild areas prepare the resource, license and trust requirements.
Teaching and Education, Media and REPRESENTATION and Child and Youth BAI Mastery and Guidance records; It shows the scope and responsibilities to be established. The label 'Due to' does not imply active membership, appointed committee, open program or professional authority.

NATION bond does not mean gathering all information, people and institutions in one center.
Common words and measures
RUYAH, NATIONAL covenant, basic EDEB, role boundaries, resource openness, objection, correction, SEDD and WAQF principles are shared among the rings.
Language and guild trust
Each language circle carries its own concept, local experience, resources and professional decisions with its responsible people; It is not deleted on behalf of the center.
Personal, household and institutional trust
Private data, child records, professional secrets, contracts, institutional models and usage limits cannot be opened under the pretext of public catalog or common information.
