Mastery means being able to carry out a job with knowledge, trust and accountability before knowing it.

These positions are not in order of age or prestige. A person can become a master in one field and an apprentice in another field.

What is mastery?
Mastery is not the final stop or the untouchable title; It is the position of carrying the work, the limit, the mistake and the one after it together.
A person may know a lot or use powerful tools; But if he does not show his source, does not test the work in the real field, does not consider the possibility of damage, does not admit his mistake and cannot train someone else, mastery in the sense of KARDESH is not complete. The Master does not regard his judgment as exempt from peer review, objection from the person concerned, and the consideration of the Professional Committee.
Mastery is not about showing what you know; It means being accountable for the trust you carry and making room for someone else to grow.
Difference between level and rank
Level can rank people; The position explains which job the person can carry out, how independently and with what responsibility.

01 Yamak · Observation and minor responsibility
Gets to know the profession and the team, asks questions, gains awareness of resources and confidentiality, and takes on small age-appropriate tasks under supervision.
02 Apprentice · Regular learning and resources
It continues on a certain path; maintains a record of resources, observations, permissions, and basic practices; He explains his work under the supervision of a journeyman or master.
03 Journeyman · Supervised practice and accompaniment
She can continue the real work, defend her case and decision, knows her limits, accompanies the apprentice and calls the master or a committee in risky situations.
04 Master · Ruling, conclusion and upbringing
Carries the difficult decisions of the profession within the source and field; trains journeymen and apprentices; It remains open to error, objection, correction and periodic re-evaluation.
How to progress from one maqam to another?
Not because the calendar is full; You will progress when it is seen that you can carry the responsibility in real work, within the right boundaries and with continuity.
This path is not automatic promotion. One may return to the position of observation and apprenticeship in a new medium, language, field, or issue. When necessary, the task is narrowed, the accompaniment is increased or the evaluation is renewed.
What to look for?
Mastery looks not only at the resulting product, but also at how and with what result a person carries that product.
Source and insightShe explains where the information comes from, different interpretations, the part she does not know, and the limits of her own representation. Application and real fieldApplies knowledge in real people, cases, places and conditions; It is not content with mere presentation or synthetic example. BAI tools and mastery
Using a machine model well is not mastery; The master also knows what the vehicle does not know and what decision it cannot bear.
A code helper, agent, research model, video or translation tool can speed up some of the work of the profession. But fluent output source knowledge, predictive human judgement, automation professional competence and driving speed are not substitutes for years of field experience. If the person cannot explain the data, model, permission, error, action authority and result he used, the tool does not increase his mastery.

He/she thinks, produces and shares the results with other competencies, without considering his/her own expertise as the whole of the joint issue.
Accompanying the new generation
Provides age-appropriate tasks, explanations and feedback to apprentices, apprentices and journeymen; direct child guidance also carries the pedagogical license and Child SEDD.

The limit of mastery
Technical expertise profession provision; Professional mastery does not replace revelation, law, fiqh or the qualifications of another profession.
Each person takes responsibility according to his/her profession, duty and registered driver's license. The master consults again, learns or becomes an apprentice in another field. This limit is not weakness; It is the condition for holistic thinking and for different professions to work as a NATION without usurping each other.
The master is the one who knows her place, calls for help when necessary, and does not consider her own words to be the whole truth.

Mastery Paths and evaluation schemes are still in the preparation phase. For now, you can share your profession, current experience, the field you want to learn, your native and second language, and your guidance or resource contribution. This call is not a promise of active training, application, level assignment, certificate, permit or master acceptance.
