Every data flow must answer these six questions.

  • For what purpose?Is the purpose of processing clear, limited and understandable?
  • Whose data?Are child, family, community or institutional rights differentiated?
  • With what permission?Are consent, legal basis and means of withdrawal visible?
  • How long?Is the retention and automatic deletion period defined?
  • Who is accessing?Are human, service and model access recorded separately?
  • Where is it transferred?Are third-party, model training and cross-border transfer open?
