Reading the material, patience, hand tool etiquette, attention. SEDD: Cutting tool safety, age limit, master supervision.
Weaving
Rhythm, pattern, tension, hand-eye coordination. SEDD: Materials, hygiene, ergonomics.
Uhut / Uğut
Transformation, patience, time, collaboration, food knowledge. SEDD: Hygiene, allergen, food safety.
Stone oven / noodles
Knowledge of the table, rhythm, common labor, fire and dough. SEDD: Food hygiene, hot surface, fire safety.
Junkie
Preservation, continuity, traditional food. SEDD: Dairy product hygiene, allergen.
Greenhouse cultivation / harvesting
