RUYAH > CONSTANTS AND TECDID
While maintaining our direction, we look for new answers to new questions.
Some measures preserve our direction; But the questions, tools and conditions of life change. RUYAH does not copy exactly a form from the past, nor does it surrender to the flow of the age. It remains connected to the source; He continues to understand the new problem, try the appropriate solution, and correct his mistake. We call this dynamic stability.
Why is it necessary?
Not losing direction as life changes; It means not breaking away from life while maintaining its direction.
When we encounter a new technology, a habit that affects the family style, a new need in education or a changing tool in the profession, we can go down two easy paths: To repeat an old style without thinking, or to consider everything new as inevitable and adapt to it. RUYAH seeks the third way: It maintains proportion, truly understands the issue, and reproduces the correct answer.
Constants are preserved; borders are impassable; tecdid continues.
In daily life
The same direction requires effort again in every age and in every field.
Tajdid is not just for big ideas or technology. It also works on the new issues we encounter in the household, school, profession, city and service.
In the family
Family, privacy and lineage trust are protected; The screen, communication and learning order is re-established according to today's conditions.
In education
The purpose of education, which does not only prepare people for exams or work, is protected; New learning tools, rings and production methods are developed.
In the profession
License, trust and service level are protected; Professional knowledge is developed with new tools and other disciplines.
In technology
Man remains at the center of decision and responsibility; New models, software and production methods are learned, tested and corrected.
In institution and service
GOOD and trust purposes are protected; Programs, roles, financing and service formats are renewed according to real need.
In the field and nature
An entity is not just a resource or data; New knowledge is tested with real life, nature and field experience.
What do we protect and what do we renew?
Direction and man's rank are preserved; Man's response, method and forms are renewed.
Stability does not mean preserving the same institution, language or tool forever. Dynamism does not mean accepting every innovation as correct.
Protecting our direction
Source, purpose and basic boundaries
Revelation, creed, nature, ADAB, basic moral standards, man's servitude, caliphate, position of trust and account, measure of truth and religious limits.
- Revelation and measure of truth
- Adab and nature
- person's trust
- Revealed limits and responsibility
We rethink
Answers and forms established by human understanding
Understanding new issues, jurisprudence and maslaha studies; Human solutions developed for education, media, family, technology, economy, institutions and the internet.
- New information and technology
- BAI biplane
- Education, media, family
- WAQF and UMRAN production
Same balance in every field
Resources, people, borders, information, institutions and production do not change in the same way.
It is necessary to know individually what we protect and what we need to rethink in each area.

Switch to production pathFive moves for being on the road
Man remains determined in the constant; It acts without absolutizing its representation.
These five movements are the common tajdid rhythm that repeats in RUYAH's order of learning, production and service.
01 To call
To investigate the truth, the right place and the nature of the issue.
02 To find
To present a more accurate representation with the evidence, source, procedure and competence at hand.
03 Knowing your place
Not to declare the whole of the representative truth found, the final judgment or immutable form of institution.
04 Examination and correction
To make visible the possibility of errors, omissions, uncertainty and damage; keeping the path open for correction and retraction.
05 Tajdid and IHSAN
To move towards more accurate, beautiful, trustworthy and useful representation without breaking away from the constants.
Awareness of boundaries and nature
Tajdid does not fit properly without SIDRA and MA.
New issues cannot be weighed solely on the basis of novelty or utility. RUYAH first asks about the nature and boundaries of each new area.
SIDRA
It indicates the limits that humans should not exceed in the field of knowledge, reason, technology, representation and intervention.
Read SIDRAMA
It puts the essence, nature and order of creation of existence in the right place.
Read MAAdvice
He weighs new issues with awareness of their nature and boundaries; It is not reduced to short-term benefit alone.
See procedural linkRevealed Constants and Limits
It distinguishes the source direction of tajdid and the limits of knowledge, judgment, rights and intervention that should not be exceeded.
Open resources and bordersThe two extremes we avoid
We neither sanctify the past form nor regard the new as true simply because it is new.
Tajdid does not mean erasing the past or surrendering to the present. It weighs the root knowledge, today's issue, and the resulting outcome together.
Not copying the past exactly
To produce representation appropriate to today's issue by learning from root knowledge and procedural heritage.
Not to put the heritage in a museum
Re-employing the root knowledge within the living question, education, profession and service.
Not blindly opposing what's new
Getting to know new information and tools; To distinguish its correct location, benefit, harm and limit.
Not surrendering to change
To question where the so-called inevitable flow carries people, family, profession and nature.
Not to reduce it to a single benefit
Weighing the nature, merit, harm, and long-term consequence along with short-term speed and gain.
Not thinking you've found the final form
Knowing how to represent what you produce; Continuing to provide feedback, corrections and search for something better.
What does it look like in life?
Tajdid is not just a thought; It should be visible in the tools, relationships, institutions and services we establish.
Not because an innovation makes us faster or more impressive; It gains value to the extent that it carries people, trusts and GOOD in their right places.
Household and generation
Without confining the family to a single pattern in the past; To rearrange the screen, education, privacy and generational transmission in today's conditions.
Profession and education
To establish joint learning and production areas with new tools, without reducing the master, teacher and expert to people who only transmit information.
BAI and technology
It's not about adding a religious flourish to technology; To produce new tools by putting people, machines, data and decisions in their right places.
BA Internet
It's not about adding a new label to the existing internet; To re-establish the order of knowledge, relationship, privacy and joint production on a human scale.
SEDD
It's not the wall that stops change; A living measure that protects people, rights, privacy and common space while being renewed.
WAQF and UMRAN
To open what is produced to charity without leaving it only for circulation or profit; to establish its care and continuation in life.

Tahâfut explains how to question the knowledge claim; HAYR and UMRAN show the purpose and life to which the renewed production will be opened.
