KARDESH · CORPORATE DISCOVERY SCENARIOS
The issue, human responsibility, data boundaries and stopping conditions must be visible before any real enterprise work can begin.
The training and media recordings on this page are not corporate projects. There is no institution, team, contract or real data yet. The two examples only show what questions must be answered and what relics must be preserved if a safe pilot is to be established in the future.
No agency · No team · No actual data · No active pilots
Honest status
If there is no institution name, authorized people, mutual acceptance and safe field registration, it cannot be described as if there is an active pilot.
An idea dossier is not a true partnership; the synthetic sample is not real institution data; A working essay is also not a verdict of success or acceptance. The public record only helps to understand the issue, the boundaries and the doors of responsibility that must be crossed in the future. The actual relationship can only become a separate and protected record when the authorized parties and the necessary SEDD conditions are completed.
The difference between preparation and the real field
The sample discovery scenario helps think through; The active pilot, on the other hand, has limited and registered responsibility towards real people.
Sample discovery scenario
It is not yet an institutional relationship
It shows which people, data and security questions can be addressed with a general issue.
- Institution, team and authorized person are not appointed
- Only synthetic examples and explicit rules are used
- Does not claim success, partnership or delivery
- Does not contain any institution-specific data or systems
Active and limited pilot
Establishes a relationship of real responsibility
Ancak kurum, yetkili insanlar, açık kapsam ve koruma şartları tamamlandığında başlayabilir.
- The people who carry the decision and the authority to stop are clear.
- Purpose, duration, access and data limit are written
- Objection, incident, reversal and closure path is ready
- It walks in small scope; may not be accepted or stopped
Three safety areas in one pilot
Joint professional knowledge can be expanded; The trust belonging to the institution and the person remains within its own borders.
This distinction does not preclude joint learning. General and anonymised information learned from an institution's matter may, with appropriate scrutiny, return to the commons; However, personal data, corporate secrets and decision records are not transferred to another institution or open portal.
Mimari yön
Merkezde insan; çevresinde veri, model, temsil, sınır ve ortak üretim.

Joint professional knowledge
Open sources, common concepts, security questions, synthetic examples and general guides that different institutions can develop together.
Derinliği aç → - 02
Interagency retention
Preserves trace of source, version, objection, and common standards; It does not make any institution dominant over another's data or decision area.
Derinliği aç → - 03
Trust belonging to institutions and people
Personal and child data, internal operations, contracts, access, event and decision records are kept only in the authorized area; does not enter the public portal.

Two examples prepared without selecting the institution
How can a safe start be considered through education and media issues?
The Discovery label on the cards does not mean that a real institution interview was held. Both scenarios are prepared to make visible the questions that need to be answered in the future, without using personal and corporate data.

Public openness and private trust
It is necessary to explain what people evaluate; In doing so, it is not necessary to publish their data and the internal workings of the institution.
Can remain on public page
General issue and security framework
Information that is required for people to understand and criticize the approach and is not tied to the person or institution.

- Synthetic examples and open assessment questions

From sample to real and limited pilot
Before approaching real human and organizational data, six doors of responsibility must be passed.
These doors are not an automatic approval sequence. If each step is found to be incomplete, the work returns to the previous step, becomes smaller, or closes completely.
01 1 · Listen to the issue and the interlocutor
Before turning the organization's request into a ready-made product, listen to the employee, the professional and the people who will be affected by the work.
02 2 · Identify responsible people
Let the institution representative, the professional officer, the final decision maker, and the people who will hear the objection and stop the system when necessary be determined.
03 3 · Separate scope and escrow
The purpose, work to be done, shareable information, private data, access, duration and closing conditions should be clearly written.
04 4 · Complete legal and SEDD requirements
Consent, privacy, child and household effects, damage, storage, objection and disposal methods should be examined by competent persons.
05 5 · Rehearse with synthetic sample
Test error, rejection field, human approval, event recording and rollback with clear examples without using real data.
06 6 · Decide on small pitch
Start a timed and reversible trial only if the conditions are sufficient; justify the outcome by accepting, correcting, suspending or closing.
What should the organization ask itself?
Before asking for a pilot, consider your own commitment and readiness to learn, as well as the technology.
Can we explain the issue we want to solve in the language of the people affected? Is it clear who will bear the blame for the final decision and wrong outcome? Do we agree to use only necessary and permitted data and reject more? Will we really listen to the objections of employees and interlocutors in a way that will change the process? Do we accept from the beginning the possibility of failure, undoing and closing the work? Are there people who will be responsible for maintenance, training and proofreading after the pilot is finished?
Situation today
Corporate pilot application and actual data acceptance are not yet open.
For now, you can examine two sample scenarios and the corporate approach, but share a general introductory message. Do not submit private data, employee or child information, corporate documents, contracts, source IDs or actual data sets. This call is not a pilot acceptance, partnership, price, schedule, delivery or promise of success.
