Here you don't just listen: you read, ask questions, listen to someone else's experience, test your own opinion and decide the next step together. This page explains the working procedure of the rings intended to be established; There are no open public or regular applications today.

This page explains how to set up Circle. There is no announced topic and schedule, no assigned facilitator, no verified participant group or regular application today. Expression of interest is not a guarantee of membership or place.
A published ring design is not a living human ring.
Why A Ring?
As knowledge increases, people's opportunity to think together becomes narrower.
Videos, books, lectures and machine printouts can show us a lot; But what we learn and why, another person's experience, and our own opinion do not alone carry the limit. To the public, we spend time on information instead of consuming it quickly; It is the small courtyard where we learn the decorum of speaking, the patience of listening, and a shared responsibility.
The public does not force everyone to think alike; It teaches us to look at the same issue carefully and to speak with respect for each other's rights.
On First Date
When you join a Circle, real participation is expected from you, not ready-made answers.
Each ring varies according to its subject and age group; but the human rhythm of the first encounter is similar.
01 You tell me why you came
You briefly share what question you have, what you know, and what you don't know yet.
02 You listen to others
You hear how another age, profession, language or geography views the same issue.
03 You choose a common question
Instead of talking about everything, the public meets with an open question that they can carry for a period of time.
04 You take on a little responsibility
You take on a real task, such as reading a text, bringing an example, taking notes, talking to a person, or watching a small experiment.

The examples below are not fixed program announcements; They are representations of how the Circle can be built around an everyday issue.
A circle of family and attention
Parents, a teacher, and a youth facilitator discuss screens, attention, and privacy at home for six weeks; evaluates small household trials together.

A multilingual youth circle
Young people from different geographies think in their own language, listen to each other with a bridge language and translation support when necessary; Works on a common story or game idea.

Physicians, lawyers, designers, software developers and field workers try to see different aspects of a single issue, such as the protection of children's data, together.

Ring Roads
The intention you come with determines the shape of the ring that suits you.
Rings are not completely disconnected classes from each other. A reading ring may become attached to a Mission over time; A professional ring may move into a small trial or production.
Learning Ring
For those who want to read, listen and make sense together around a book, concept, question or case.
Mission Ring
For those who want to work with different professions on a common issue such as children, family, education, food, city, media or technology.
Production Ring
For those who want to translate what has been learned into a guide, lesson, game, media, software, tool or other visible representation.
Profession Ring
For those who want to carry the knowledge, literature, path of mastery and transfer of a profession to the new generation within KARDESH.
Being a NATION Together
The ring does not only bring the same people together; It establishes ties between language, profession, geography and generations.
Being a NATION does not mean assimilating everyone to a single language or a single expertise. One becomes deep in one's own place; learns to be a guest of other people's language, knowledge and life.
Take root in your native language
Construct your complex thought in your own language; Bring local experience and concepts into common knowledge.
Be a neighbor in another language
In a guest circle, listen, ask questions, and over time build a bridge of knowledge between two languages and geography.
Open your mastery to other professions
Recognize the limits and contributions of other professions within a Mission while maintaining your own credentials.
Take care of the next generation
Masters and journeymen listen to the young people's questions; Children and young people progress from observation to contribution through safe tasks.
The Path of an Era
The circle starts small, meets regularly, and completes what it has learned with a visible mark.
This trace is not always the product. Sometimes it is a corrected question, a shared reading record, a household decision, or the boundaries of the next attempt.
01 State the issue clearly
The public determines who gathers for what needs and what it does not cover.
02 Bring the right people together
People affected by the issue, those with relevant experience and a facilitator come together.
03 Establish rhythm and EDEB
Meeting frequency, right to speak, resource sharing, confidentiality and responsibilities are explained from the beginning.
04 Read, listen and discuss
Text, cases and experiences are discussed together; Genuine understanding is sought rather than quick compromise.
05 Try small if necessary
A claim or proposition is tested by safe observation; It may be necessary to switch to Labs for this.
06 Share the trail and next step
What is learned is recorded; the ring continues, closes, or connects to the Mission, Labs, or Build path.
People in the Ring
Not everyone has the same role; No one has to be a lonely spectator.
Ring member
Regular income; He reads, listens, asks questions, shares his experience and the small task he has undertaken.
Facilitator
He does not monopolize the word; helps preserve time, participation, negotiation EDEB, and shared record.
Field guide or master
Brings professional and field knowledge when necessary; He does not decide the place of the ring, he keeps his own license limit open.
Registration and language bridge
Records what has been learned in an understandable manner; Supports human-reviewed translation and transmission in multilingual rings.
After the Ring
Not every ring has to go into production; The maturing issue goes to the right door.
The value of the ring is not measured by the number of files alone. Common language, trust, corrected questions and a new human bond are also a real mark.
