Who bears responsibility?The author, builder, master, editor, reviewer and maintainer are disclosed as necessary. Who can use it and within what limits?Age, language, professional qualification, license, permission, privacy, human approval and misuse limit are specified. How to report and fix an error?The path for objection, resource addition, version, rollback, removal, archiving and maintenance is not left unattended.
