BA Internet layers are a responsibility map that everyone can understand and does not keep these decisions within the technical team.

Why layer?
Every result of the digital system arises from visible and invisible choices built on each other.
We see only one answer, video or button on the screen. However, behind it are purpose selection, source preference, data permission, model behavior, ordering, access and maintenance decisions. The layers are not meant to break down this whole; It is used to see which responsibility is lost where and to invite the right person back into the decision.
The layer is not a technical curtain that alienates people from the system; There should be clarity indicating the location of responsibility.

Six layers of responsibility
Ask about the same six areas separately in each digital study; Then establish the bond between them.

Technical Builder can install the system; But it alone does not determine the real need. The professional master, the native language carrier, the child and family guide, the person represented, the designer, the data controller and the caregiver have a say in different layers of the same work. Thus, technology develops on its own turf; It does not turn into a technocratic center that single-handedly defines the whole of life.
