BA Internet · Contribution and joint responsibility

The new internet is not only about users; It is established with those who carry a need, effort and responsibility together.

You don't have to be a software developer to contribute. You can make an issue visible, find a reliable source, explain it in your native language, establish neighbors in another language, expand your professional experience, design, code, test, correct or take on maintenance responsibility. The important thing is to know what you carry, for whom and within what limits.

Need · Driving License · Resource · Border · Correction · Maintenance

What is contribution?

Contribution means bringing together the opportunity you have with a real need and joint responsibility.

The value of a contribution is not just how new or technical it is; It is seen in listening to people, respecting the source and rights, knowing one's own limits, being able to complete it with other efforts, and not leaving the results unattended. That's why BA Internet first asks not the amount of contribution, but the direction of the contribution and the trust it carries.

Building the new internet together is not about everyone doing the same job; different labors being adjacent to each other in the right place.

Basic distinction

The contribution is not to upload more content to the system; It is to respond to a real need with trust and responsibility.

01

Shipping only

Leaves file

  • Need and addressee may remain unclear
  • Resource, permission and machine support may not be visible
  • The owner may not be present when the error occurs
  • Publication and maintenance may be disconnected from each other
02

Responsible contribution

Carries the need and the result

  • Explains who and what it serves
  • Shows driver's license, source, permit and border
  • Accepts the invitation for examination and correction
  • Shares responsibility for publication, use and maintenance

Before you start

When preparing your contribution, first answer these six questions.

  • What is the real need?In whose life is the issue you want to solve visible? Did the person in need speak up, or was the solution assumed from a distance?
  • With what license do you contribute?Clearly state the area you know, the part you don't know, and the master, guide, language or field support you need.
  • To whom do the resources and labor belong? The source of quotes, data, images, audio, code, professional knowledge and machine support; Make usage and sharing permission visible.
  • Who or what should be protected?Think about the boundaries that should not be crossed for children, households, individuals, professional secrets, privacy, reputation, language, culture, nature and other living beings.
  • What doesn't the study know?Name the geography, language, people, source and uncertainty that the representation leaves out; elevating the output to the status of truth or judgment.
  • Who will carry out repairs and maintenance?Define a human responsibility for bug reporting, new versions, rollbacks, archives, access changes, and ongoing maintenance.

Find the right workspace

Not every contribution falls into the same program; The nature of the need and work determines which door will be opened.

  1. 01

    Circle · Understanding together

If the issue is not yet clear, a circle of listening, questions and mutual understanding is established with people from different languages, professions and generations.

  2. 02

Mission · Carrying the common problem

If a nation or ummah issue requires the continuous joint responsibility of different specialties, a Mission bond is established.

  3. 03

Labs · Limited and safe trial

If the assumption must be tested in real people and in the field, it is tested on a small scale, with clear boundaries and by protecting the return path.

  4. 04

Build · Building a working representation

When the need, resource, team and boundary are adequately understood, a working content, tool, service or layout is developed through joint effort.

  5. 05

    WAQF · Sharing appropriate benefit

If rights, permission, privacy, quality, possibility of damage and maintenance responsibility are appropriate, the work can be re-used under certain conditions.

Responsible path of contribution

Start with a small and understandable responsibility; Deepen as you learn and correct your direction when necessary.

This path is not a linear production line. Depending on the issue, you may return to listening first, call in a new master, stop trying, or decide not to publish your contribution at all.

01Explain your needs and intentionsStart not with a ready-made solution, but with the issue you see, the interlocutor, the language, the field and the question you want to learn.
02Build neighbors with the right peopleInvolve the professional master, the resource bearer, the relevant community, another language group, and, if necessary, the child or household guide.
03Set your limits and try smallMake a revocable contribution by explaining the conditions for consent, privacy, age, data, authority to act and suspension.
04Examine, correct, share maintenanceListen to human feedback; update record; keep error, usage limit, and attendance responsible visible; If it is not suitable, cancel the publication.

Contribution as a NATION

Take root in your mother tongue; be a neighbor in another language; Open your mastery to a common cause.

BA Internet contribution is not a single center speaking on behalf of all languages and societies. Each language circle carries its own source, concept and field experience; neighbors in other languages indicate underrepresentation and different need. Translation technology can facilitate access, but it does not take over from humans the responsibility for meaning making and final representation. Multi-professional Missions, on the other hand, bring together vertical mastery with other knowledge and experiences without eliminating it.

Joint contribution is not about becoming the same; different languages, professions and geographies can correct each other in the same direction.

Intergenerational trust

The value of a contribution is seen not only in the resulting work, but also in how the new generation learns that work.

Master, journeyman and professional; It can open up a small age-appropriate area of responsibility, resources, feedback and safe experimentation for child and young Builders. Children and young people are not cheap labor or user testing; They are entrusted people who have learned how to ask questions, team EDEB, the limits of the vehicle and the calculation of the representation they make, starting from the apprenticeship. Regular guidance also requires Child SEDD and pedagogical credentials.

One of the conditions of being a NATION is to take care of the next generation.

Share your contribution intention

Tell us what needs you have and with what effort you can establish a neighborly relationship.

BA Internet's collective contribution and matching system is still in the preparation phase. For now, you can share your intention to contribute in the field of issue, resource, language, profession, design, code, review, guidance or maintenance via e-mail. This call is not an active program, task pool, acceptance or promise of publication; It is a start to prepare the right participation ways together.
